The house is built on a lot in the western part of Zagreb whose mild slopes and abundant nature make it a sought-after living location. Main design concept focuses on subtracting and cutting out a single volume to create ground contact and views which in turn dictates the interior disposition of the house.. The house comprises four storeys, two of which are sunken into the ground where the garage and service area are conveniently placed. The living areas are placed on the ground floor, while the dormitories occupy the level above. Both storeys function as belvederes with a view of the city due to terraces that have been cut into the volume. The façade is clad in brick with openings outlined in aluminium emphasizing the continuity of openings and underlining the cut-out concept.
