Large site and a great distance from neighbors rarely encountered when it comes to family homes, are the main features of this project. Due to this, the building is designed as a pavilion comprising three rectangular volumes each with optimal size and orientation regarding its function. The three structures are grouped around a central hinge – glass hallway, each corresponding to a program - dwelling, leisure or service. The Slavonian farm was a typological template for this building. All units are structured so that they can be transformed according to other new programs that may occur during the growth and development of the family.
